Some time lost on that model, skinning is done, but currently working on the reverse engineering of the overwatch models, coming aling pretty nice, but VERY slow...
the effect really are at the bottom, since it is a complete cycle to go through as well, since it has it's own texture, flipbook, material settings, emmitter,....
so usually that is the reason why there is no development on that part...
Steps are usually
get vertex positions and indices
get all sub-meshes
get vertex coordinates
get materials
get bones
get vertex weights
get bind pose
get bone keys
get animations
get attachment points
get bounding boxes/collision spheres
get effects
as you see the list is long an I'm at topic 2...

Does your script gonna work with 3D Effect?
Well, its probably just a dream. The Heroes Effects are working but its a pain to xfer so i guess overwatch might be EXTREME pain!
