I've always wondered how voice for gameplay was created - this obviously has had a bit of computer work done to it, but I was wondering how much?
I'm curious to know if when you create a sound like this, do you have to put on a totally demonic voice and add a few tweaks here and there organ you basically speak clearly with no particular accent and then turn it into anything you want? (within reason)

The voice made for Sethis is a very slightly naturally modulated variant of my voice, spoken very quietly. The voice of Asmodaeus is much closer to my regular voice, spoken a bit more harshly.
I have a natural talent for evil, menacing voices with energy behind them.
The effects I use are largely catered to the specific pitches and volumes of my voice. If I attempted to apply them to someone else's voice it's unlikely they would sound like those I posted here. They would potentially still sound really good, though, depending on how good the recording was.
Sethis uses an extremely heavy effect setup, while Asmodaeus is very simple.

Two demon voices I tested. I typoed one of the subtitles in the video. CGI is also my work.
Please do not PM me any requests, I will ignore them.
/edit I typoed "typoed" god damnit jennifer anniston
