I dont have the editor on this PC im on but check how the overseer does it whether its a behavior or ability and dont worry about the command card the command card is for non-passive abilities to be used by users or in this case to show that a unit can see invisable units but not exactly do that ability :P
I copied off of the Missile turret detector, and I tried the observer detector and it didn't work. I'll try something else later and see if it works. Thanks tho.
Command card buttons arent how you add passive stuff... open ur unit in the data editor, and find the field "Behaviors" and add any detector behavior there, you dont need any buttons at all
I am trying to make my Bunker detect cloaked units, I added the command but it is not working. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong here?
For that you also need that ability so check out the overseer or detector for that ability and add it to your bunker

Your command card that you have is properly setup.
What you want now is to add to the bunker unit, the behavior 'Detector (9)' or Detector(10) or Detector(11) or make your own custom Detector behavior.
Take a look at Overseers, Ravens or Observers. They have the command card Icon for detector and a Behavior that allows them to do so.

find a turret click on it , on the right side find the BEHAVIOUR - behaviour + look at the detecting behaviour it has.
go to your custom structure and add the SAME behaviour as the turret OR the observer or w/e unit detecs.
