I've noticed that attack animation speed scales properly only if i'm changing weapon period directly, but if attack speed increased by buff it doesnt scale animation speed accordingly. wtf? Did they fix this bug in 1.5 alpha?
It visualy noticable especially on melee attackers. Try it on zealot.

Could always use an event macro that manually ups the speed the animation plays at when the buff is on.
