Editing the weapons has nothing to do with being armored or structures so I don't quite know where' you're coming from... it sounds like you're looking in the wrong place. The weapons are called Kinetic Overload and Resonance coil...

If I remove the "armored" flag, when I go attack a structure it says it can't because it is not armored even though I kept the "structure" flag. But I want the Tempest to only be able to attack structures. And I know I am changing its ground attack flags.
Assuming you're editing the correct weapon, change the weapon: target filters table to require structures. You shouldn't need to mess with armored flags.
change the target filters of the graviton beam ability to Structure: Allowed
I think I did that and that lifted up all buildings. I want it to be able to lift up just defensive buildings along with armored units which it already does but the thing is, structures are also armored, so idk how to make it so they can only lift up defensive buildings without removing the "structure" flag on them while also not being able to lift up all other buildings.
You'll have to create a validator that considers individual units you consider "defensive." Look at validators like "Is Drone" and similar and use a combine validator. Then you need to put this validator onto the Ability: Validators Array of Graviton Beam.
You'll have to combine even more validators for this to work with units as well. Making an ability that considers two subsections of types ("defensive structures" and "ground units" in your case) is kind of wonky.

Ugh. Maybe I will just be lazy and just bring back the Oracle ability that was pretty much disruption web lol.
That was what I was going for with the graviton beam thing. I wanted to do that so the player would need to use more multitasking than just a point and click aoe spell.
For the Tempest, I only want it to target structures but after doing the target filters, it can't attack anything, Idk why.
For the Ravager, how do I decrease the time it takes for its ability to land and how do I adjust the morph time to the Ravager?
Are you sure you're editing the right tempest weapon? It has two. Otherwise it should work

Is it possible to do it without removing the "armored" tag from structures?

never mind lol
How do I make it so phoenixes can also lift up defensive buildings without removing the "structure" flag on them?
