How can I make the egg morph back into a larva after it morphed a unit?
I can´t get the actors to work.
I unselect "Kill on complete" in the flag-field of the larva - train ability. This means that the larva lives after morphing a unit. But it looks like an egg. Not like a larva.
How can I do to add the actors so the egg morphs back into a larva after training a unit?
Just remove the event that destroys the larvae in the first place so it will train like the barracks or add an event that creates the larvae actor again when the train ability is finished.
I like to make a space dock, when the space dock trains a unit, like a battlecruiser, an BC appears inside, when finishes, the BC disappears.
Tried create the BC actor, but it dosen't create in the first place, and when finishes, the destroy command to clear stuff up, removes everithing. Any way to work around this in a step by step way, would be very cool.
You need to use Model type actors that are attachments to simulate the battlecruiser until it is finished being trained. You can even have it launch just before training finishes if you have hidden stick models to push it and use timers under the events. The destroy function should only affect the actor targeted by it unless the other models are also getting destroyed due to them being orphaned.
Read the tutorial by ProzaicMuse on attachments. You have the stick (0 opacity marine Model type actor) attached to the structure and the BC Model type actor attached to the stick. Both are created when the Train type ability starts making a battlecruiser (use the Validate Unit term that uses a Unit Order type validator). On actor creation timers are set under the events, the stick has 2 different ones, the shorter time on the stick sets the scale so that there is an increase in distance bettwen the origin and head attachment points mushing the BC model in the desired direction. The longer timer which expires just as the BC finishes trainin destroyes the stick and the BC model.

AbilMorph - Train - Morph XXX Destroy Actor etc
Just remove the event that destroys the larvae in the first place so it will train like the barracks or add an event that creates the larvae actor again when the train ability is finished.

That´s what I am doing!
Event: MorphaAbil Source name: Train XXXX ability Sub name: Finish
Action: Create XXX Actor
I´ve tried lots of stuff on both the larva and the egg. The egg just continues to look like an egg.
Anyone knows? O_o
Tried just not destroying it in the first place and just setting opacity to 0/ adding a buff that makes it unselectable?
