For some reason, when a beam is fired at a unit using a WoW model, the beam fires choppy. Basically instead of the beam following the unit (like a void ray or sentry should) it targets the ground below it updating choppy. I can upload a video if people need be but basically im looking for a work around such as changing the attachment point the beam is trying to target. Any suggestions?
Tried giving them a site actor to hit? The beam not following the units properly unless the firing unit is moving is some property of the target model. Having done some test with SC2 models it seems that most models have this issue while only a very few models do not. For example the carrion bird models does not have that issue while the scantipede does. I also would like to know what causes it.

Afraid none that I know. With site actors just set the host to _Selectable and have under events Unit Birth>Create and Unit Death>Destroy. Under the Action actors you use a flag called Impact Force Site.

@DrSuperEvil: Go
Umm, not too familiar with how to create/use site actors, is there any good tutorial you could link me to?
