Returns a ratio of total life (hit points and shields) between the wave and engaged enemy units within range r. The ratio is returned as a percentage and converted to an integer. Whether it rounds or truncates has not been tested.
4 zerglings (35 life each) attacking 1 zealot (150 life) will return 140/150 or 93. Once units begin to take damage the ratio will change.
