Effects
The Effects tab is found in the data editor, and is the most used tab when making custom abilities or weapons, since damage and picking what units to hit, adding behaviors, and in general most "interactions" between units are made through effects. Individual effect types are listed below below and are linked to their own pages in which each field is explained in detail.
