The team who is responsible for creating Marine Mania, the follower of Footmen Chronicles (an extended version of Footmen Wars and the successive Footmen Frenzy)
The team and project's first goal is a transition from the map Warcraft to Starcraft. Afterwards, (this might be the first release, depending on how well the map is playable), the game will be upgraded as more and new features are added which were planned, difficult or impossible under Warcraft III. Finally, in a "phase 3" so to speak, the game will enter a more quiet, gradual improvement with steady upgrades and releases which "last longer" and are generally more stable.
