This map is based off of Team Fortress. For those of you that don't know what it is, it's a FPS game based on varying game modes like, CTF, capture points, etc. This map is a Capture the Flag map.

All nine classes from the game are implemented. A lot of the same game aspects apply. As when the scout captures the flag, it results in two points, the eng can build a turret and a teleporter. The map has all the custom announcer sounds from TF2 and a few other sounds. Debating if I want to replace all the unit sounds with the TF2 ones.

Map is 12 players. 6v6

All classes have a minimum of 2 abilities that fit their respective role.

Look for the map on the US servers and soon to be EU as well :)

    Rescaled the terrain down to a 3v3 atmosphere at an attempt to get more games played and be faster paced.

    Changes:

    • Lowered spy's backstab damage to 160, down from 180.
    • Lowered spidermine damage to 50, down from 70.

    Changelog:

    • Engineer Turret scaled down in damage.
    • Removed control of turrets attack lv 3.
    • Engineer Teleporters for Team 2 now work.
    • When Teleporters are killed, they now refund money.
    • Doubled Medic energy return rate and increased heal amount.
    • Overheal of shields doubled to 20, from 10.
    • Added life regen to the Medic.
    • Increased soldiers attack speed slightly by .2
    • Spy speed increased to 3.3 from 3.0
    • Flag reveal after X amount of time triggers fixed.
    • Heavy Weapons Guy dmg increased to 1.5 from 1.0
    • Uberheal changed to 50 energy, down from 100
    • Various other small bugs.
    • Fixed a bug allowing multiple turrets to be created by one player.
    • Scout's scan now reveals burrowed units
    • Spy's backstap now deals 280 dmg, up from 180.
    • When all opposing players leave the game, your team wins trigger added.
    • Added a debug mode for the flag not returning sometimes.
    • Demoman's damage reduced to 50, down from 60.
    • Sniper's range increased to 12, up from 10.
    • Sniper's Aim ability now deals 100 dmg, up from 80.
    • Sniper's Cloak ability now doubles movement speed.
    • Heavy Weapons Guy's attack slow, decreases movement speed by .15 more.
    • All classes with minimum range now show the white arrows around them @ all times.

    11/11/2010:

    • Sniper's Aim changed back down to 80, from 100. Also a min range of 4 has been added to the ability.
    • Pyro now deals 40 damage, down from 60.
    • Pyro's Napalm Grenade now deals 40 damage on impact, down from 100, and deals 80 damage over time.
    • Heavy Weapons Guy now deals 2 damage, up from 1.5.
    • Demoman's cluster bomb now deals significantly less damage to structures.
    • Removed the soldier's plasma missile ability and added a new ability called Concussion Grenades, which deals 50 damage and slow units drastically for 3 seconds.
    • Added new ability called Mega Booster to the Engineer class which speed's turret upgrade, gives 150 shields, and reduced dmg by 50%.
    • Added grenade restocking in the spawn rooms.
    • Fixed various terrain ramp pathing issues.

    11/16/2010:

    • Changed the Engineer's EMP ability to have charges like the rest of the grenades.
    • Increased the Medic's life regen rate, doubled it.
    • Fixed all the text in the unit pick dialog buttons to match in-game stats.
    • There is no longer a delay when using backstab. Also the range has been increased to .5 up from 0.
    • The Spy's disguise time increased to 4, up from 3.
    • Added a energy cost of 2 to the Spy's blink ability.
    • The Spy's backstab damage changed back to 180, down from 280.
    • The Spy's base energy changed to 5, down from 10.
    • The Spy's revert ability now instantly removes your disguise. Also when the Spy uses backstab or captures the Intelligence, he will loose his disguise.
    • Added a new ability to the Spy called "Electro Sapper" which drains 275 life from structures over 5 seconds. This ability has 3 charges and can be replenished the same way grenades can.
    • The Spy can now use all ability's in every form.
    • The Engineer's repair ability now removes the sapper debuff.
    • Soldier's energy changed to 30, down from 50 and energy regen changed to 1.0, up from .25.
    • Changed many tooltip descriptions and changed some hotkeys.
    • Changed the fog of war from gray mask to black mask.
    • Fixed the Intelligence capturing system. No longer replaces unit. It's based on a buff now. Flag capping still refills life to 100%

    Map has been released to the public on the US servers. I won't upload the map here, until it can be protected from editing, sorry guys.

    Search for it by typing "Team Fortress" in the create custom game area.
