I think that some slash commands could be very powerful in your game. I like the idea of having movement be an option. I eagerly await your next version.
I like your edit, but i left in right click move for those that would like it. i might make it an option. Next version (if i ever get around to it) will have true WoW style cameras.
Hey Skizot, great map! I am very happy with it. I had one problem however, that right clicking still causes you to move. I know some people use click moving in MMO's, but I have found that the vast majority do not. I made my own fix for this, and put it in your map. I like it much better. Here it is if you would like it.

Wow. the zealot's charge seems a lot slower in 3rd person lol.
About the Baneling quest counter. Here's what I think happened. I had already killed all the banelings on the ground level while exploring. most of them are on the way to the terran base, anyway. After I got the baneling quest and the queen quest, there were no more banelings on my way to kill the queen. Well the queen has three morphing banelings around her, and after killing her I killed them. The counter was at 0. There is one actual baneling on the corner of the queen's platform and it attacked me and was killed as I was killing the last morphing one. The Counter jumped to 3 then. Hope that helps.
And from the looks of his project screenshots, I'd say you two should talk. Maybe think about collaborating on a project together.
I played the map a 2nd time. I think you should try to make the chat icon stay above npcs heads instead of just flashing once. They're hardly noticeable as is, since they are gone as soon as you notice them.
Also. I noticed for the first time this round that you can pick up the crate and they give you items... lol. Maybe giving them little icons would help? Or maybe I was just dense to miss them...

this is an issue with the item system. i had it so right click made the character stop it's actions... sadly, you can't pick up items either. i will see what i can do about stopping that.
Wrangle banelings is confusing. Made me thing I was gonna get to ride a baneling. You don't wrangle them you destroy them. and only the morphing banelings by the queen work for the quest and those aren't really banelings, and the quest objective counter doesn't count up it only updates when you get all 3.
Didn't mean to make it confusing. was keeping with the "space cowboys" theme of the terrans.. I'll see what i can do about coming up with some better wording. there ARE some banelings around in the zerglings. you just gotta look for em ;). the counter DOES count up.. just might not be watching it.
None of the buildings I clicked on had anything to sell and the burrow icon still has the burrow tooltip. The build planetary fortress icon still has it's tooltip and I don't know what that button's for.
there's only one build that "does" anything. it's the first building on the right in the terran base. and it's just a pawn shop. I will add in a store to that building and more quests later. I fixed the buttons for the character inventory and the storage already just didn't make it in the current build.
Also. Haudoken does half the damage of your auto attack and that doesn't seem right.
Charge should probably be sped up. maybe copy the zealot's?
charge IS the zealots.. and the hadouken is the yamato cannon.. apparently is does half the damage of DT's default weapon? or i tuned it a bit as to not be instakill lol.
I'm not fond of the jump. Someone has a wasd control demo around here with a really good jump. yours does an attack animation and sound every jump and it doesn't really make sense.
Link me to the map and i'll take a look at it. My marine has an awesome jump, but he also has a dance animation.
Absolutely awesome! I think you're further along than most of the other MMO maps. Working NPCs! With Quests! A Quest to get a mount?! A working mount system! I spent 10 minutes just riding that zergling and smiling! I can't wait to see what you do next. Still can't believe the editor has only been out a week and such amazing things have been made already.

How use shop?
Maps too small and i think be cool if be several maps with one with same load system and heroes, one maps continue previous. imho :)
