Really, I would love to make one but I can't get a decent Recording Program that's free. . . FRAPS only does it for like 30 seconds. . . Gay.

That's all I'll say.
Anyway, I've got a preliminary version uploading to Youtube now, I have a newer much longer version in the works, in 30 I'll have a viewable preview, basically its just an epic Zerg vs Terran battle set to even more epic music.

By the way, if you can't make a video of the map because you don't have [fraps, good computer, the time, ...] we will find someone that make the video for you :)
Also, I forgot to tell but you have to provide the map with your submission :)

Err, kinda funny that this event gives away a beta key to people who can play it and make maps already. Does anyone want to donate a beta key if they don't have a friend they want to give it to?

Good lol. My 1.6 ghz processor and 915GL igfx can't handle sc2 and fraps at the same time! :)
I suppose I'll give this a shot, though I have no ideas... Edit: nvm, I just got an idea ^_^

I wish I could give you guys more interesting prizes but well, all I've got available are sc2 beta keys and curse premium. Both are not really useful for mappers ... If you've got some prize ideas just let me know :)

Feel free to use the custom things as you want as long as it's available within the game (not post-editing allowed though!).

Blizzard just gave us some beta keys to share with mappers, so we are going to give them to all entries :) (you must be somewhat serious though :P).

Cut Scene Contest
Since the Clock Contest was a great success, we decided to start a new one. This time we want to feature the cinematic abilities of the Galaxy Editor.
What to do?
You have to use the Galaxy Editor to make an ingame cinematic. You are pretty much free on the theme, the goal is to show the possibilities of the editor to do machinimas. Since it only lasts a week and we want everyone to be able to join it, the length is limited to 1 minute.
Requirement
Deadlines
You have 7 days to complete this contest, and then during one day a poll will be launched for you to vote and elect the winners!
Reward
The main goal of the contest is the fun, however it's better when there's something to win :) We have a lot of beta keys and Curse Premium to give.
