    Main Page

I have several things I need from the community for the project.

    -Beta Testers

    -Spell Creator (DATA)

    -Modeller

    -Voice Actor

I would also like to get somebody to create a short 1 minute video showing off some of the key features including the night and day system, the random city construction, the car, the hotel, the merchant, and the quests.

I would also like somebody in their free time to create a loading screen that would look good that had the title "Immortal: Sci-Fi Evolution" preferably the loading screen have the immortal unit in it even though the map has nothing to do with the immortal, people might catchthe pun...

I will gladly help you beta test.

I would like to take a shot at the Video Though Im new to making Videos, if you have a map file that can use the features that you want to show off, send it to me or upload it and reply here and I will see what I can do, If you dont like what I do you dont have to use it, I understand Im new to making Demo Videos.

I keep an updated version of my map Published at all times, This allows Users to Test new problems as they arise(For now its just on the one map though LAWL), So check it out, right now its Chop Chop Forest, I will Publish the newest update every day I work on the map. SO its ALWAYS IN THE BETA STAGES!!!!.

lol All I had in mind was for the person to play through the map a few times then record on like the 5th try or something and then take out the boring parts and take away all the stuff that isn't very important until you have about a minute left of a video.

Im making a new video for my map right this Minute so when its finished (its not going to be like the other one), you can see my current skills.

I just use fraps and simply only start recording when the cool stuff is about to happen.

    I'm game! For beta-testing, that is, I don't have time for anything else (;

Just a few suggesations: Fix stuff before going for a video, hide trigger error messages and so on. In the project's video the player controls a Terran hero with a Zerg UI and we can see the bugged hero icon on the left. That video needs more info, its hard to know what's going on or why things are happening.

For a release video I'd suggest a soundtrack and a better title screen, and more info/narrator maybe.

I didn't do the video... :( And yea, I released beta prematurely just to see what would happen...I thought something playable earlier on would get more attention, but I guess polish is what everybody's looking for. Dang it, I thought I fixed that...anyway...I'm looking for some help while I work on the project. I'm falling behind atm since I've lended the map off for terraining. I'm not sure how to hide the errors, but the errors don't effect the game whatsoever.

Already am, but I'm trying to stay away from data. I have also had other delays besides you. : / I guess I'm taking a break as you might say. I'll wait until you finish before I go back to working again.

If you need icons or wireframes just tell me, I'm not sure when I'll be able to work on them as I'm very busy right now, but I'll have free time during December.

You can do data too. I can import the terrain on my own.
