Hey,

Since the Beta is now gone, I'd like to make a little summary of all the maps playable alone. If you know one (because you developped it, or just liked it) please give a link here.

It will be a good way to discover maps :) I'll be making a news with a recap of all playable maps soon, so be quick to promote the maps you like!

Here I start:

Improve your Build Order Skills:

Destroy the computer AI:

Mimic AI: Make the computer learn your macro, and play against yourself!
Behemoth AI: Pretty good AI :)

Note: It doesn't have to be related to the original game, any custom map playable in solo and somewhat finished is accepted :)

i think a lot of TD maps fall into the category.

i'm sure these two works, they are my favourites.

I'd like to consider my http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/hexd/ to be alright for solo-play while the beta is down. Spent quite some time fixing AI for it.

Any good and original maps ? I cant search maps since all of them are kinda general... I would like to find something interesting.

I seen one map, with Flamer Infantry unit. Arcade type of game. Side view... Cant find it.

After downloading one of these maps, IE: Behemoth.. how exactly do I launch it so that I can play against the computer?

What he said. Guessing we might have to start the map editor, load a map and then there might be some test function for it? Or am I totaly off here?

Your right on actually.

Open in the editor, under file, test document. Or ctrl+F9. Downloading and dropping it on the Starcraft2.exe also works.
