    What's Map Night? Well, it's a night we play maps on. Simple.
    A bunch of us get online and join the sc2mapster chat channel, we pick an unpopular map to play, and we play it. Usually it's streamed as well, and if someone has a map that needs testing and says so, we test it. It's a great way to get your map tested and get some feedback on it, or to just have fun playing the less popular maps.

    Info that might be important:

    • Day: Friday
    • Time: 7 PM and until we fall over dead from exhaustion, or just leave (CET, GMT+1) Usually ends around 2 AM
    • EU Host: TheAlmaity (TheWatcher.477 ingame)
    • EU Stream: http://www.twitch.tv/exaken New stream, streamed by Exaken/Action, while usually having Ventrillo on
      http://www.livestream.com/wolfling, streamed by wOlfLisK (Old stream, you can check the VoDs if you want to)
    • Chat Channel: sc2mapster
    • Cake: a lie.
    • Can non-mapster people participate? Yes, as long as they behave
    • Requirements to participate: an IQ over 20, an EU sc2 account, common sense (at least a tiny bit).
    • Ventrillo: vent.kash.co, port: 31223

    These maps are not guaranteed to be played, these are just the maps that we end up playing frequently if there are no new maps to play.

    If I forgot to put a map on the list, well, srry about that. Please remind me!

    The one rule:

    If I'm available in the chat channel and majority of people are not in a game, please do not just make a lobby and invite people. I always ask for map suggestions, if you want a map played, suggest it, and we will play it. I'll probably ask you to open a lobby as well. Just please don't open lobbies without telling me first - I always try to think what maps we can play so that no one will be left out, and if someone just goes around opening random lobbies it turns into an organizational nightmare.

    If im online I would be willing to play, as long there would be some other maps than page 1 maps (people who wana play their map should post it here, or suggest what they wana play).

    It would be fine for me to play smascraft, pictionary or something totally different if anyone has something.

    My map is also available in EU so you should give it a shot (my signature -> card game, for infor about Card Warriors).

    Poll is up. I've taken the liberty to also add an option for 'Friday or Saturday evening'. I'm sure a lot of us don't exactly have time under the week but can free up time on days when no school/work/college awaits.

    Hey Almaity. I was confused about polls too. But, I found it. XD Go to "Edit" (There's 2 edit buttons. Pick the one next to reply above the poll) and scroll down until you find poll edit area. There you go! XD

    I tend to be on so sporadically and odd that I can't really attune to events like this, but I'm definitely interested in joining if I'm around - account is in profile.

    Is this open for 'friends of...' too? I've got one or two palls that I play with basically whenever I log on SC2, and I'm sure they'd both be cool to have around.

    and you can play my map xD its 4v4 map ctf and is praticaly done just need 2 more items but its enjoyable how it already is xP Snipers Promod xP

    If there are enough votes for a non-weekend map night, we can just do 2 a week :p

    Still need someone with a good enough comp and connection to stream :/ Xaragoth/Gorandor, weren't you able to stream? Or who was that?

    Also, i'd like some more map suggestions! With player number and game type!

    Fulla, i added room wars to the list. I doubt you mind?

    Added a kind of "logo" on top, read "Edit 2" on the bottom of the first post.

    Fulla, what about the card game youre making? Would be a good chance to test it properly! Or do you wanna wait a little longer?

    Also, to everyone else who has some top secret unfinished project (minus the top secret part), you can upload it privately and have it tested on map nights. Think of it as a demonstration of what you have! I think this would be a great way to advertise your project before it even comes out, and also make map night more interesting :)

    Edit: Added NotD to the list (Got PMed), and i forgot what else i wanted to say with this edit. Dammit...

    Yeah Card Shuffle would be great in fact. I can always expand the map to 4v4,5v5,6v6 etc. if need be. For a complete chaos duel :)

    Friday or Saturday would be fine for me. Also, if I can consistently make it and my internet is reliable, I could record and/or stream it. Also, maybe we could utilise the SC2Mapster ventrilo server?

    I guess there wont be a Map Night this week since we still havent decided on a day (but Friday is clearly winning), but maybe you can get the map ready for next week? Ill talk to you over MSN tommorow :)

    It's still on its first version (1.5), so it still lack some content. I want to test it against players so I can balance it properly, right now not many people plays it and I can only test the map against the AI.

    Map name: Core Fight
    Game type: Tug of War. It has a similar gameplay to CastleFight or Nexus Wars. Then in late game it turns similar to Missile Wars.
    Mode: 5v5, 4v4 or 3v3.
