I am sorry I forgot to mention it also needs to be undetectable.
There is an undetectable flag you can give a unit I believe.

Visual wise you need to set the opacity of your unit to 0 and create a Model type actor that only the player can see with identical events to the main Unit actor as an attachment.

Why? A burrowed-cloaked-undetectable is already invisible for everyone except the owner (team).
