Is there a way to use validators to check whether a location is burrowable or buildable? Either one would work, although I would prefer burrow. I was looking for awhile, nothing really stuck out as something that could be used.
Only the Location Creep and Unit Compare Behavior Count ones are useful for that. Could always use triggers to apply a hidden buff in the burrowable areas.

You can also enumerate an area to check if there are any burrowed units in it.
Could use it to check for other burrowed stuff. Maybe give some details as to what are the conditions for burrowing?
Yea unfortunately that's not what I'm aiming for, I simply need to know if an area blocks burrowing, or if an area blocks building.
You can use the placement footprint of the unit to prevent it being built on an unbuildable placement layer of the footprint.
Burrow wise there is no easy fix.
