@EdwardSolomon: Go If you want it to be unlocked by an upgrade, just enable the campaign dependency, then add the correct upgrade to the building that will research it.

The problem is that it's unlocked via Credits on board the Hyperion, then it's automatically built into future turrets for all other maps. There's no in-game upgrade that enables it per map.

@EdwardSolomon: Go The campaign upgrades are just like normal upgrades. You can find them in the list of upgrades and you can add them to a research ability like any other upgrade, give it a minerals/gas cost, add it to your building's command card and it will work.
If it doesn't work perfectly right away you may need to fix minor problems but that's it.

EdwardSolomon Regular ShmoeI was interested in utilizing a rather cool attack upgrade from the campaign, it is known as Hellstorm Missile Pod, unleashing a pack of mini-warheads to do AOE damage every time the missile turret fires.
