Death model not disappearing

    If in doubt use caster.

You using a Unit Filter validator? Could always try a Unit Compare Vital type validator.

Hmm.... Well so far I used a Unit Compare Vital this time but still don't get a kill model result.

    My validator contains:

Validator: Compare = Less than or equal to

    Validator - Unit - Value = Caster

    Validator - Value = 0

    Validator - Vital = Life

Silly question but is a looping timer and conditional model destruction what you require for your death model?

Not exactly. I suppose it was a good idea, but there could be another way to solve the problem.

Its just that the model does not disappear with the current layout I have set up, using the Unit Filters or Unit Compare Vital validators.

I've tried adding a trigger that kills dead units every few seconds, but that does not work out either.

Was thinking of having the actor creation of the death model just having a timer that delays the destruction for a bit.

Is there a simplified way to make this work in the actors? It just seems like none of this has worked for me so far, I have even used triggers to try and destroy models seconds after the building/unit is destroyed but it only works for other essential units from the campaign.

I was at that stage. I then realized i knew nothing about the editor. I put my project on hiatus and went to discover what everything does and how it works. I feel I am almost ready to begin again.
