You can't make custom animated 3D portraits with the current exporter we have available. The exporter doesn't support cameras, which are necessary for 3D portraits. The best you can get is a 2D portrait right now.

a animation potrait is a normale model in the editor i have see is it impossible to make costums with the previewer

It isn't impossible to make em, but REALLY hard... I have a custom Spartan Portrait, though it doesnt have textures... But yes, it works..
