It is one of the eastereggs. If you look at the garbage cube model it has canceled blizzard games in it or the lockers one variation has SC1 on the shelf.
While some of the rubble has the head of a certain famous giant robot from a japanese cartoon series.
Also you will notice that the middle screen is ripping of a movie from the 1980s.
Easiest way to spot some of the eastereggs is just to go to the textures data type and browse all textures.

The hyperion screens from the campaign are also dang funny although too small to read ingame (
