Several NA users experienced problems after updating their maps (Hero Attack, Marine Arena, iCJug) which would lead to players dropping at the beginning of the game.
A quick search also showed similar problems for EU users.
You might want to delay your map updates until we know more.

Banks have to be synchronized at the initialization. That's why I think it might be related to banks.

try changing these events to fire after 1 second of game time .... id put money on it fixing the problems they are having...
Oh and I know a lot of you dont agree with this..... but try it....

HamsterBoo Aug 01, 2011 at 15:24 UTC - 0 likesI always get a little confused when Blizzard says they have a "new" bug related to players dropping. Hasn't it happened pretty much constantly for the last many months? Or is it just more players dropping than normal?
